I have already written about the Ferrari F50, which won the supercar race in Macau in 1995. However… At the last Macau Grand Prix in the Spark store I came across a yellow beauty on sale – RUF CTR Yellowbird 1/43 by Spark, which, according by the description and visual appearance, also took part in the same stage where Charles Kwan won an undoubt victory in his F50
The pilot of RUF Yellowbird was Kevin Wong. Finished 2nd after Charles Kwan on his F50
The 1/43 scale model by Spark, according by the Internet, is extremely rare (no any on sale yet). Limited edition 500 pcs.
And now everything has fallen into place. Many Porsches at this 1995 Macau Supercar race seemed to hint… but the main sponsor of the event RUF, whose logo looks extremely unusual on the F50, actually took part in this event with their cars.
